Once your order ships, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. However, we will work with you to ensure smooth delivery if any issues arise.
You must return your product within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund. We do not offer product exchanges due to the nature of our items. Once assembly has begun, the product is ineligible for a refund. Discounted and after-service items are also non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
