In 2026, Silhaya — a collaborative artwork by W.A.Y Studio and illustrator JDong — integrates two-dimensional illustration with reclaimed three-dimensional metal components, shaped by a cyber-inspired language of light and shadow to examine the evolving symbiotic relationship between humanity and technology. The work was honored to be shortlisted for Art Capital 2026 and received recognition and commendation from the President of Salon des Artistes Français.

The Edenic Silicon Tree is an artwork by Mecrob - W.A.Y Studio that merges elements of nature and technology, exploring the intricate relationship between modern technological development and natural ecology. The piece incorporates components from 20th-century popular electronic consumer products, acrylic, vacuum tubes, and other materials. Through artistic recomposition and reinvention, it constructs a “silicon-based tree of life” that is both vibrant and futuristic.
