Mecrob ships to most countries worldwide. We operate two primary warehouses:
United States Warehouse – for domestic U.S. orders
Global Warehouse – for all other destinations
United States Orders
Orders shipping to U.S. addresses will be prioritized for fulfillment from our U.S. warehouse, using domestic carriers such as USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days.
If an item is out of stock in the U.S. warehouse, it will ship from our Global Warehouse via Yun Express (tracking number begins with "YT"), with an estimated delivery time of 10–20 business days.
International Orders
All non-U.S. orders will be shipped from our Global Warehouse. Delivery times vary by region:
Asia: 5–10 business days
Australia: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
North America (non-U.S.): 10–20 business days
We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions due to logistical or regulatory restrictions: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Crimea, and any other regions where shipping is prohibited by international carriers.
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after placement. During holiday periods or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.
From time to time, Mecrob may offer pre-order items that are not yet in stock. Please note that the standard order processing time (Section 2) and delivery timelines (Section 1) do not apply to pre-orders.
When placing a pre-order:
The estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.
The shipping date provided is only an estimate, and actual dispatch may be subject to delays due to manufacturing, logistics, or customs conditions beyond our control.
While we make every effort to ship pre-order items on time, we cannot guarantee exact shipment dates.
In most cases, Mecrob ships pre-order items as scheduled, and we will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may choose to ship them separately or wait until all items are available.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. All shipments can be tracked via https://www.17track.net/en.
If your package is lost in transit, Mecrob takes full responsibility and will either reship your order or issue a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
If your package is delayed, please contact our support team at support@mecrobremake.com. We will investigate the latest status and request expedited handling from the carrier when possible.
We generally ship orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services. This means most customers will not be required to pay customs duties upon delivery.
EU Customers:
Due to current EU VAT policies and import thresholds, you may or may not be charged VAT on your order. Actual VAT treatment depends on local laws, thresholds, and carrier declarations, and is subject to change over time.
For any purchases of replacement parts or spare components, customers are required to pay:
The cost of the part(s), and
The corresponding shipping fee, based on the destination and weight of the package.
Shipping costs for parts will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Free shipping policies do not apply to individual part orders unless explicitly stated.
At this time, Mecrob offers free shipping on all standard product orders (excluding parts).
We reserve the right to implement shipping fees in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance on this page.
Mecrob reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
