The estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
All shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing progress, logistics schedules, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
While we make every effort to ship pre-orders on time, exact shipment dates cannot be guaranteed.
In most cases, pre-orders ship as scheduled. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

We will review the situation and offer appropriate compensation in accordance with Mecrob’s after-sales policy.
Mecrob ships to most countries worldwide and operates two primary warehouses:
United States Warehouse – for domestic U.S. orders
Global Warehouse – for all international destinations and non-U.S. orders
Orders shipping to U.S. addresses are prioritized for fulfillment from our U.S. warehouse.
Domestic carriers such as USPS are used.
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock in the U.S. warehouse, it will ship from our Global Warehouse via Yun Express
(tracking numbers typically begin with “YT”), with an estimated delivery time of 10–20 business days.
All non-U.S. orders ship from our Global Warehouse.
Estimated delivery times by region:
Asia: 5–10 business days
Australia: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
North America (non-U.S.): 10–20 business days
We currently do not ship to the following regions due to logistical or regulatory restrictions:
North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Crimea, and any other regions prohibited by international carriers.
In-stock orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost packages: Mecrob takes full responsibility and will either reship the order or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Delayed packages: Please contact us at support@mecrobremake.com. We will investigate the status and request expedited handling from the carrier when possible.
We generally ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services, meaning most customers will not need to pay customs duties upon delivery.
EU Customers:
VAT may or may not be charged depending on local regulations, thresholds, and carrier declarations. VAT treatment is subject to change in accordance with local laws.
For replacement parts or spare components:
Customers are responsible for the cost of the part(s) and the shipping fee.
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and package weight and are shown at checkout.
Free shipping does not apply to individual parts unless explicitly stated.
Mecrob currently offers free shipping on all standard product orders (excluding parts).
We reserve the right to introduce shipping fees in the future. Any changes will be announced on this page in advance.
