If your order arrives with damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Yes, it is completely safe to make payments on our website. We follow strict regulatory processes and provide excellent after-sales service to ensure your security and satisfaction.

Once your order ships, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. However, we will work with you to ensure smooth delivery if any issues arise.

You must return your product within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund. We do not offer product exchanges due to the nature of our items. Once assembly has begun, the product is ineligible for a refund. Discounted and after-service items are also non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 2-3 business days to process and pack. You will be posted when the order is confirmed, dispatched and delivered.

To place a preorder, simply select the item you wish to preorder on our website, add it to your cart, and proceed through the checkout process as usual. Full payment is required at the time of preorder.

Yes, you can cancel your preorder at any time before the product ships. To cancel, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once the item has shipped, standard return and refund policies apply.
