Do I need a discount code? Can I combine these savings with bundle deals?

Do I need to pay shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties?

No. Shipping is free, and all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with taxes and customs duties covered. There are no additional shipping or import charges to pay.

When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?

In-stock orders will ship within 5 business days of being placed. Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details, including estimated transit times and pre-order shipping arrangements.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit?

For extra peace of mind, you can add Worry-Free Purchase protection to your order. It provides compensation for delivery delays, lost packages, and transit damage, subject to the protection terms. Please review the coverage details when selecting this option.

What should I do if parts are missing, damaged, or incorrect?

Please contact support@mecrobremake.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

For missing parts, please also include:

  • The missing part numbers and quantities, using the parts list in your instruction manual.
  • A clear photo of all the parts bags laid out flat, with each bag visible.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos showing what you received and the issue so our support team can review it.
