Ordering was easy. I received the model but was missing one item which when notified, the company immediately responded and sent the item. Considering the hundreds of items included, missing only one wasn’t bad considering their quick customer service. The rest of the model looks high quality although I haven’t begun the build until I receive all the parts needed. As most parts are machined, I envision a relatively easy process to build without having to correct the fit and finish issues.
Absolutely awesome
Difficult puzzle. Hard to make out steps due to unclear photos. Very small components particularly some screws and nuts. Had to disassemble sections to correct errors. In one case the drive motor gear loosened up 3/4 of the way through completion. Installation of the motor is like step 3. Almost impossible to remove it in the latter stages of assembly. Had to improvise in several places to obtain desired end result of certain steps. Correct orientation of "wires" frustrating. Counter turning nuts/connectors on threaded shafts constantly loosened while trying to secure them. As a result, I'm not looking forward to completing another one. The previous puzzle I did, Aethorcore, was much more enjoyable.

Great product
A true masterpiece, so much fun to build and my most favourite model to date. I just loved the different materials and colours of the metal pieces, wood and leather. Pairing it to Aethercore was a treat and holding my breath once I plugged into power was a feeling of accomplishment and joy. Thank you Mecrob
Half way through Box B, I love this model. Lots of problem solving, lots of backing up to tweak earlier components, and huge satisfactions
Only one problem. As shown on enclosed photo the screw head was to big to fit into the link, also in another position a lock nut had the same problem. I ground them down to fit. Other than that great.
Also I had difficulty with the size of the manuals because of my poor eyesight.
I contacted Mecrob to ask if there was a PDF available. In less than a day I received the files. Excellent.

Once your order ships, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. However, we will work with you to ensure smooth delivery if any issues arise.
You must return your product within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund. We do not offer product exchanges due to the nature of our items. Once assembly has begun, the product is ineligible for a refund. Discounted and after-service items are also non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
