If your order arrives with damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our team will guide you through the process.

If your order is faulty, we will address the issue individually to provide the best possible resolution. Please contact us with your order details.

Yes, it is completely safe to make payments on our website. We follow strict regulatory processes and provide excellent after-sales service to ensure your security and satisfaction.

Our website uses USD as the base currency, and prices displayed in other currencies are estimates. The final amount you pay may vary slightly due to real-time exchange rates at the time of purchase.

Once your order ships, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. However, we will work with you to ensure smooth delivery if any issues arise.

You must return your product within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund. We do not offer product exchanges due to the nature of our items. Once assembly has begun, the product is ineligible for a refund. Discounted and after-service items are also non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 2-3 business days to process and pack. You will be posted when the order is confirmed, dispatched and delivered.

To place a preorder, simply select the item you wish to preorder on our website, add it to your cart, and proceed through the checkout process as usual. Full payment is required at the time of preorder.

The estimated shipping date for preordered items is provided on the product page. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any significant updates or delays.

Yes, you can cancel your preorder at any time before the product ships. To cancel, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once the item has shipped, standard return and refund policies apply.

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to stock issues, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if this situation arises.

If you do not receive your preorder within the estimated shipping timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will investigate the issue and provide updates on your order status.
